Funding your care
Many complex care packages in Suffolk are fully funded through NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Our team helps you complete the Decision Support Tool and liaise with the local Integrated Care Board. Where partial funding applies we work alongside Suffolk County Council Adult Social Care.
Can you take over a discharge from West Suffolk Hospital?
Yes. We have rapid-response complex discharge packages — assessment within 24 hours and care can typically start within 48 hours of referral.
Do you have nurses on staff?
Yes — Oath Healthcare employs registered nurses who oversee every complex care package and train our senior carers in clinical procedures specific to your loved one.
Will you help with NHS CHC funding?
Yes, at no charge. Our team has supported families in Suffolk through Checklist, Decision Support Tool, and appeal stages with high success rates.
What if needs change at night?
Live-in or 24-hour packages include waking-night provision when clinically required, with two-carer cover for higher-dependency cases.
